About Me
I am an astrophysicist, research software engineer, and harbinger of metadata standardization.
My work focuses on the development of PlasmaPy: an open source Python package for plasma research and education.

Experience
I work on the development of PlasmaPy and on research in solar physics and plasma astrophysics.
For my thesis, I performed simulations of magnetic reconnection in a laboratory astrophysics experiment.
